Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping: USPS Standard Ground (3-5 Business Days), Orders currently shipping to continuous 48 states only.
Local Pickup: Orders are made in Fort Worth, TX and you may opt to pick up in person.
No rush orders available
Processing Time
Your design is made to order, meaning we print it special just for you when your order is placed. Please allow 4-6 business days for us to print it. Once the package has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
Returns
Because the shirts are made to order we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there are issues with the quality or fit of your order please email us atsp_bootique@outlook.com.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
Damaged Orders
Sp Bootique is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
